Georges Fenech is at the source of a vast hoax with the accents of Torquemada.

It is interesting to note that he knowingly initiates an investigation into MPs who have simplified the penal code whereas, according to the internet site of the French Parliament, on October 7th 2008, during the session held at 4 :15 PM, his friend, MP Philippe Vuilque, member of the council of orientation of the Miviludes, was present during the debate among the MPs who have voted the text.

Whom are we kidding ? Why such an uproar ? Is Georges Fenech going to ask for an investigation on those who have obtained that France adheres to the European convention of human rights because it protects religious freedom ?

This whole campaign orchestrated by Miviludes violates article 6 of the European convention of human rights and article 11 of the universal declaration of human rights on the presumption of innocence.

Newspaper Liberation just offered an opinion column to Georges Fenech under the heading “France is at the avant-garde in the fight against sects”.
In this column, the Chairman of the Miviludes announces that the “list of reference” on sects (which Matignon had refused to publish) could however be “consulted on request”.

Polemic stated in february 2009 with Mr Fenech’s announcements in an article at the date of 13 february 2009 in le Parisien entitled “ Tense about a project of a new black list”. Indeed, this one proposed the creation of a list to refer, listing all group “alleged” to be a risk. Mr Fenech’s project gave rise to a hight protest from Mrs Aliot Marie, minister of the Home Office at this time, asking the Prime minister “to center well the action of the Milvilude”.

In May, US congressmen wrote to the french ambassador, in Washington, to protest against this possible index or “list” to refer of the cult practices being a risk.

The republican congressman from Arizona (west), Trent Franks, expressed his worries, in a letter dated and signed by 5 fellows ( 4 republicans and 1 democrat), “regarding the protection of the individuals ‘rights to religious freedom in France”.
